Award Categories
This award recognizes the effort of individual salespersons for their stellar performance in achieving not just high standards in terms of sales and rental transactions.
Eligibility Criteria : Earns at least $100,000 from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025*, with minimum of 5 transactions in the year
Award tiers to be accorded based on:
Diamond ($1,000,000 and above)
Emerald ($500,000 to $999,999)
Platinum ($250,000 to $499,999)
Gold ($120,000 to $249,999)
This award recognizes the successful and outstanding performance of high achieving youths, their commitment, drive and passion in the industry.
Eligibility: 28 years old or below as of 31 Dec 2025, earns at least $120,000 in 2025 from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025*, with minimum of 5 transactions.
This award recognizes seniors who have remained active in the industry and demonstrated outstanding performance in sales and rental transaction. They have proven that age is just a number.
Eligibility: 60 years old and above as of 31 Dec 2025, earns at least $100,000 from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025*, with minimum of 5 transactions.
This award recognizes new entrants who have demonstrated exemplary performance in sales and rental transactions, driven and passionate despite the short stint in the real estate industry.
Eligibility: Joined the industry since 1 Jan 2024, earns at least $80,000 for 24 months from 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2025*, with minimum of 5 transactions. Letter of recommendation endorsed by KEO.
This award honours Real Estate Salespersons who have distinguished themselves through exceptional mastery and performance in the commercial and industrial real estate sector. It recognises professionals who lead complex, high-value transactions and set benchmarks of excellence within this specialised market.
Eligibility: Earned at least $120,000 in 2025 purely for commercial and/or industrial transactions, with minimum of 5 transactions in the year.
The Sustained Achievement Award recognises Real Estate Salespersons who have demonstrated consistent performance and unwavering commitment for 3 consecutive years, exemplifying professionalism, resilience and long-term excellence in their estate agency work.
Eligibility: Earned at least $120,000 in 2025, with minimum of 5 transactions in the year. Award winner must under the category of Salespersons Achievement Award (any tier) for 2024 and 2025.
